Quilt no 10

Quilt no 10: untitled
15.5" square
I was inspired by the "Chicago School of Fusing" and the works of Laura Heine, especially Painted Lady and Garden Party.  I used raw-edge fused applique. Some pieces are stitched with a straight stitch and  some are outlined with various decorative stitches from my old Bernina 830. Embellishments include Czech pressed glass beads, Czech faceted fire polished beads, Indian hand wound seed beeds and Japanese color lined traingle seed beads.
