Mailing reminder

Just a wee reminder that as it is now October, those of you who are finished with your quilts may begin to mail them to your partners, if you like. If you do, please let me know that you have done so. You may, of course, wait until closer to the deadline - it's up to you.

I have a few more quilts to show, will post them in the next few days, as it's late and I should at least make a pretence of going to bed!

Here's another finish - this one on the arty side, as you may have guessed. This is Cat's quilt for her partner. Those of you who have barely started thinking about your quilts, don't panic - there's a lot of us in that position, myself included!

This is the quilt that Ramona made for her partner - I love the fabrics she has used - and I bet the subtle differences in the batik parts of the flower are even more gorgeous in person.

Mailing reminder...

...or rather, a NOT mailing reminder! One of the ladies who has finished (I'll show it in a day or two) has mailed her quilt off already - this is not a problem per se, but I can remind any other early birds to please wait until October to mail so those of us who aren't overacheivers as well organised don't have to worry about receiving our quilts weeks before we've made the ones we're making...
